Section 6: Controlling Your Movement
No matter what type of skating you want to focus on, controlling your movement is a necessity. Skates are heavy and our limbs want to do their own thing, but you are strong enough to take control of your movement. We will go over outer edge swings, the 3-turn, the dribble, edge rockovers, and the spread eagle/ ina bauer.

Whenever you feel unsteady, tighten your core.
If you struggle with any of these skills, go back and practice your edges.
