There is some very important information to go over before you begin to roll. This section includes tying your skates, adjusting your skates, safety equipment, learning to understand your body, falling, sitting, standing up, and posture. We will also go over my favorite off-skates warm-up!

    • Your health and safety is of utmost importance.

    • Remember to hydrate!

    • Our bodies are all unique. Your needs will be different than someone else’s. And they will most likely change over time.

    • If you need to take a break, take it. Rest is just as important as the activity.

    • Roll your shoulders back and hold your head up with pride. You’ve got this!
