“Joining Nicole Fiore’s online membership was a New Year’s resolution for me to take weekly classes to improve my dance skating, and it turned out to be the best decision I made during the pandemic. Every week we have something fun and challenging to work on; no matter the skill level, we can always make progress. I love how she connects the monthly skills lessons with the choreography routines. She also suggests other skills available in the archive, which is a huge and wonderful resource to have whenever I need to brush up on skills. Her lessons are detailed and chock-full of beautiful examples for inspiration and motivation. (No surprise from a world champion artistic skater!) After two and a half years, my progress as a skater is a testament in itself: arm work, posture, body lines, and of course skate edges have all improved by leaps and bounds from when I first started with her. These all lead to better jumps and spins as well. “I cannot say enough about how amazing Nicole's Roll With Me membership is. Nicole is a world champion skater and her experience and professionalism are evident in the quality of content that she shares with us. I've watched all of Nicole's Youtube tutorials, but there is something about learning the skills within her choreography that motivates me to practice much more frequently. Roll with Me classes are always a highlight of my week. Plus, her digital library is packed with high-quality resources. I am so grateful for this program because Nicole has made a beautiful part of artistic skating accessible to anyone with an internet connection.  Every routine contains intricate moves and transitions that are incredibly challenging but so fun to practice because you can put them to music and dance. This membership is perfect for someone with a busy schedule since all instruction is recorded and available at any time, and classes and choreography are designed to work in a small area so if all you have is a small floorspace inside or outside you can fully participate.

This program supports a skater at any skill level and Nicole is encouraging and inviting to all of us in any part of our skating journey.  Occasionally we are challenged to try skills that I have only seen executed well by advanced artistic skaters, but if you are just getting started on skates, Nicole will make every effort in class to suggest modifications or exercises that are appropriate. She will even invite you to join class without skates, if that is your current comfort level and you just want to dance it out with the rest of us.

Nicole has done such a wonderful job of developing an online community while encouraging our individual growth. Something that I have come to value about this class format is that we can be challenged to learn the same choreography together when we meet on zoom, but when we share our individual progress we are also supported in being creative and adjusting the choreography to fit our own style and skill level. Regardless of where you are with the choreography at the end of the month, Nicole invites us all to be part of a monthly community video that showcases our progress, practice and the great time we are having. It's such a fun way to see this group come together, even though we are often skating in isolation.  When I decided I wanted to learn a few things on roller skates, I didn't know anyone else that wanted to do the same.  The Quad Society community has allowed me to meet people from around the world that have encouraged me, given me roller skating tips, and shared challenges and wins in this journey. I've been a member for a few years now and Nicole's choreography classes continue to be my number one source of motivation in getting me to put on my skates and move.”
